Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise closely with the Chef De Cuisine to ensure all Standard of Procedures (SOP) are carried out and to groom all other staff to achieve our targets and goals
∎ Assist Business Planning, Controlling and Achieving the objectives set by the Company
∎ Ensure all requisitions are raised on time to avoid shortages
∎ Stock control - stock ordering for Food & Beverage is based on weekly usage and established par levels.
∎ Receive stock and check quality / quantity base from the purchase order
∎ Conduct training from time to time
∎ Working in a team ensuring quality standard (SOP), control wastages / spoilage, equipment’s and maintenance
∎ Prepare administrative work
∎ Attend all operation problems and revert back to the Chef De Cuisine
∎ Work closely with the Chef and Supervisor (FOH) to achieve mutual understanding for better communication.
