Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie/DCDP (Multi Cuisine) to support our culinary team in preparing meals that our patrons will remember. As the head chef's assistant, you will be in charge of a certain area of the kitchen and produce food that is up to par. Being able to maintain composure under pressure is essential for success as a Chef de Partie or DCDP. An outstanding team player who is prepared to go above and beyond to provide outstanding cuisine and service will make the perfect candidate.
