Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager will drive sales growth through a strong network of distributors, dealers, and retail partners in the home appliances segment. This role focuses on expanding market reach, ensuring product availability, and strengthening relationships with channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the regional/divisional sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and market conditions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor their performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners within the assigned area.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and establish new dealers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales support materials.
• In-depth knowledge of local AC manufacturing factories in Bangladesh, with the ability to accurately connect with key decision-makers in factories to establish efficient supply chains and collaboration relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
10 years of experience with well-known local ac brands in Bangladesh (such as Gree, Haier, Vision, Butterfly, Elite, etc.), with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Strong experience in distributor/dealer management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
Knowledge of local market dynamics and retail landscape
Willingness to travel extensively
Good at Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
