Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7 - 9 years of working in good reputed companies and should have sufficient experience in handling woven tops for reputed brands. 

Additional Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have a strong knowledge on woven tops (shirts and blouses) and different types of fabrication. 
• Candidate must have good written and oral communication in English.  
• Candidate must demonstrate computer literacy in word, excel, and power point.  
• Candidate must be able to work independently and must be able to demonstrate leadership skills. 
• Candidates having experience handling Walmart, H&M, C&A, TESCO and Li & Fung will be given preference in their application.

Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur District.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate PP meeting with buyer representative and prepare all tasks for PP meeting.
• Follow and monitor up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
• Follow and monitor buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and ensure on time delivery of all samples.
• Perform section wise quality inspection to keep DHU within stipulated parameters.
• Communicate buyer quality standards to all concerned sections and personnel
• Perform pre final inspections prior to buyer inspection.
• Maintain and update QC file 
• Ensure timely approvals from buyer representatives.
• Taking sample approval from buying house.
• Independently work with buying QC during final inspections
• Communicate and appraise buying QC on all QA activities.

Salary Range: Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
