Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation, Degree in Social Science / Development Studies / Economics / Business Studies / Business Administration and any other relevant subjects from a reputed Public / Private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Context:
∎ Maintaining Access to Safe Water and Sanitation for Rohingyas in Bangladesh Project.
∎ The position is responsible forInstalling production center maintain close collaboration with its line management ,selection of the Life skill training participant group,ensure targeted production from production house ensuring quality ensure of the product,market promotion of the livelihood servicesand leading the center staff in order to making the production center profitable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management,operation and maintain of Production center.
∎ Planning, staff supervision, monitoring and maintain regular communication with management.
∎ Communication & coordination with relevant stakeholders (CiC Office, Site Management, other organization).
∎ To prepare monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and annual Report.
∎ To facilitate staff work plan & ensure timely and effective implementation.
∎ To conduct assessment of the training participants group and lining with common sewing zone and production center and selection of FDMN women and girls for livelihood(Sanitary pad and jute bag production center) and life skill training.
∎ To Follow up skill development training and Market Promotion activities.
∎ Facilitate meetings with team members, different group meetings in the center.
∎ To ensure service delivery of the production center, ensure logistic support for production center and follow up stock register, challan, Cash memo, Cash book, Ledger, sales register of the production center.
∎ To ensure participation in the camp coordination and camp level relevant sectoral event/meeting.
∎ Provide training, skill development support, coaching etc to the staff for building and strengthening capacity of the staff on different issues including facilitation skills, effective program implementation etc.
∎ Contribute to building a harmonious working environment through promoting team spirit, mutual respect and common understanding.
∎ Monitoring the overall intervention and prepare report and documentation as per requirements.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least Three (03) Years’ Experience on project management
∎ Experience in working with marginalized/vulnerable groups.
∎ Experience on Market Promotion and analysis develop detail training plan and execution following the quality standard, Facilitation workshops and mentoring.
∎ Livelihood,Value chain, Business Development,
∎ Relevant professional experience on Livelihood Project.
∎ Working experience on Garments sector / Jute bag / Reusable Sanitary pad production factory will get high priority.
∎ Sound knowledge on Staff Capacity Building, Conduction of Training of Trainer, Market Development, Business Operation.
∎ Understanding Value Chain and private Sector Engagement,
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent computer skills and report writing skills.
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritising and delegating as required.
∎ Gender sensitive.
∎ Fluent in English and local language,
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
