∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bachelor of Engineering having Minimum 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing industry heading as Manager -IE handling 55 sewing lines
∎ Product Costing and SAM Calculation with real achievable targets/ Product Line Design and Manning/Develop Manufacturing methods /Planning of Machines/ Layout Planning
∎ Coordination with Marketing on Product Costing /Thread Consumption
∎ Strong Technical Knowledge of Sewing process /Machineries of Woven Tops and Bottoms/Jackets/Blazer
∎ Preparation and validation of Operation bulletin with SMV, manning and machinery Planning/Elimination of Non-value-added SAM/ Present best line layout.
∎ Cordination with Factory IE on Validation of OB and real Production for Analysis and future reference
∎ Best Operational sewing methods/process Data collection and maintaining library for future reference
∎ Knowledge of GSD or Certified GSD Practitioner is added Advantage which is not Mandatory
∎ Good Inter-personal Skills, Pro-active, Man management and Communication skills in English and Local language
