Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base;
∎ Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products;
∎ Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results;
∎ Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight;
∎ Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results;
∎ Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earning opportunities;
∎ Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis;
∎ Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers;
∎ Responsible for enhancing and maintaining operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes;
∎ Maintaining a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations of his/her center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of working experience in the relevant field, incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preference;
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team independently;
∎ Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
