Education:
BSc in CSE/Engineering from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
Minimum 10 (Ten) years working experience in CBS operations in leading Commercial Banks/reputed software firms.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Very good skill in MS Office.
Knowledge on Banking Business Process is Preferable.
Working experience with CBS (Finacle/UBS/Temenos) will be given priority.
Strong command of the English language and good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Grade: First Assistant Vice President to Senior Assistant Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
Providing first level Core Application operational support to the Branches as well as Head Office.
Understand the business requirements and goals of the product, and align them with the needs of the target market and customers.
Recommend improvements to existing CBS (Finacle) technical and business processes.
Monitor and manage EOD/BOD activities, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, interest calculation jobs etc
Manage, communicate and follow-up with CBS vendors to ensure quick fixes of product related bugs/issues/changes.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Bangladesh Bank`s Guideline on ICT Security (Version 4.0 2023), Guidelines on Core Banking Solution (CBS) Features and Controls (Version 2.0 May 2024), and other relevant policies and circulars.
Conducting UAT and assisting UAT Members in doing UAT before deployment of any new module or update or fixation in production.
Maintenance and follow-up of UAT Error Log.
Documentation such as preparing procedures, diagrams related to business processes.
Having basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining system integrity within the General Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury and Credit Administration Module.
