About the Role: TAAS IT Academy is looking for a motivated Career Counselor to drive lead generation and student enrollment through outbound calls. You will engage potential learners, promote our courses (Data Analytics, Cybersecurity), and convert inquiries into admissions. This role is perfect for persuasive communicators who thrive in a target-driven environment.

Working hours: 10AM-06:00PM New York Time. (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and explain course benefits.
  • Follow up on leads, answer queries, and guide candidates through enrollment.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
