Shakti Foundation, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Service Manager to join our service delivery team for Shakti Training & Research Center, Savar. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality operations, capable of ensuring guest/trainee/trainer experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Oversee and manage all aspects of training center operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and Cleanliness, Pest control & Laundry Services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments/sections.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest/trainee/trainer satisfaction and maintain smooth delivery of services.
Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality through structured daily, weekly, and monthly programs.
Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.
Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, trianee, trainers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations, health, and safety standards.
Controlling the stock of cooking ingredients and food by purchasing, ensuring timely marketing and removal of expired or spoiled food
Conduct smooth training, Workshops, Meetings, Seminars and ensure all the necessary facilities related with this.
Receiving and forwarding documents received regarding recruitment organized by the HR Department.
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports (income statements).
