Job Title: Barista
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages to standard recipes.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
Calibrate grinder settings and monitor espresso quality throughout the shift.
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and recommend menu items when appropriate.
Ensure fast, friendly, and professional service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar, equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
