Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end Schengen Tourist Visa application processing, from client consultation to final submission
Evaluate client profiles and recommend appropriate Schengen countries based on eligibility and travel objectives
Develop and draft professional cover letters, travel itineraries, and day-by-day travel plans aligned with visa requirements
Coordinate and arrange supporting documents, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, and travel insurance policies
Analyze and verify bank statements and financial documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Complete and review visa application forms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Oversee the application submission process, ensuring all documentation meets embassy and VFS standards
Provide structured visa interview preparation and guidance to clients, where applicable
Conduct detailed visa refusal analysis and implement effective re-application strategies to improve approval chances.
