Responsibilities & Context:

* Handle client inquiries professionally through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media

* Assist clients with travel-related information and services

* Manage and respond to Facebook page messages and comments

* Create and publish social media posts

* Perform basic graphic editing using Canva and Photoshop

* Maintain strong communication and customer relationship management

* Support day-to-day office and customer service operations

Requirements

* Graduate from any discipline

* Candidates with travel industry experience will get preference

* 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred

* Freshers are also encouraged to apply

* Good communication and client handling skills

* Basic knowledge of Canva and Photoshop

* Familiarity with Facebook page management and social media posting

* Smart, active, and willing to learn
