The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team remotely. In this role, you will be the voice of TAAS IT Academy across social platforms, crafting engaging content that inspires learners, promotes our courses, and builds our online community. If you love telling stories through visuals, videos, and compelling copy—and you’re skilled with modern content creation tools—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.

  • Edit short-form videos (reels, tutorials, testimonials, promo clips) using CapCut PC or any similar editing tools.

  • Use AI content tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to ideate, draft copy, and enhance Work efficiency.

  • Schedule and publish content, monitor engagement of Social media Platform (Meta Business Suite, Facebook page & Group, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube etc).

  • Prepare simple reports on social media performance using Google Sheets and maintain content calendars in Google Docs.

  • Collaborate with instructors and team members to showcase student success stories, course launches, and academy updates.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, especially in the edtech and IT training space.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree ongoing or a Fresh graduate in any Discipline

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in education, tech, or related fields is a plus.

  • Good sense of visual design skills in tools like Adobe Photoshop  or similar tools

  • Hands-on experience with CapCut PC for video editing.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools for copywriting, image generation, or video editing.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
