• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Subject: English, Mathematics, Science, Bangla and Junior section teacher.

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classes for students from Playgroup to Standard V.

• Prepare lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.

• Maintain discipline and uphold the daily class schedule and school timetable.

• Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in. Active participation in School Events.

• All academic responsibilities related to students exam, prepare report cards, parents dealing, keep parents up to date on students` progress and other duties as the position required.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and child-handling skills.

• Encourage teamwork, respect, and good moral values among students.

• Observe and evaluate students` performance. Ability to communicate with children according to their age.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Take full responsibility for academic performance, including tests, assessments, and examinations.
