Job Responsibilities
Conduct classes according to the syllabus and academic guidelines of the school.
Preparing lesson plans, and teaching materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
Ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies.
Giving feedback about the performance of the students and their activities to the authorities.
Observing, recording, and reporting on the behaviour of individual students as assigned.
Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with students, parents, and other professionals.
Implementing the day-to-day program under the direction of the Principal / Coordinator.
Performing all academic responsibilities like student assessment, parent interaction, and other duties as the position requires.
Always maintaining a professional attitude and loyalty to the institution.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
