- Commitment to continuous professional growth
- Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years
Nice-to-Haves:
- IB PYP training or workshop certification
- Experience in concept-based teaching and transdisciplinary learning
- Proficiency in educational technology, including Google Workspace and digital learning platforms
- Ability to contribute to extracurricular and enrichment programmes
- Creative, reflective, and collaborative teaching approach
Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme
Foster students` academic, social, emotional, and personal development
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry and promote student agency
Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of formative and summative strategies
Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
Participate actively in curriculum development, school events, and professional learning
Contribute to the school`s co-curricular and community engagement initiatives
For Trainee Teachers:
Work under the guidance of experienced mentors
Support classroom instruction and student learning
Participate in structured professional development and training programmes
