2) Associate Professor: The candidate must have a PhD or an equivalent degree in the relevant field, with an excellent research background with at least 5 research publications of which 3 as Assistant Professor and 2 should be individually authored. In case of joint authorship, at least 1 should be as first author in internationally recognized journals. The candidate must have 08 Years of teaching experience at University level of which at least 04 years as Assistant Professor.
