The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Engineering Instructor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of Quality Assurance professionals. You will deliver engaging and comprehensive online instruction to a diverse student body, primarily comprising USA-based and Bangladeshi students aspiring to launch or advance their careers in tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive online lectures and workshops on QA Engineering.

• Explain complex QA and testing concepts (SDLC/STLC, test design, automation fundamentals, Agile/Scrum) in a clear, concise, and student-friendly manner.

• Conduct live demonstrations of testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestRail) and coding for test automation scripts.

• Create and grade assignments, projects, and assessments to evaluate student progress.

• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and career guidance to students.

• Develop and update course content to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging online learning environment.

• Conduct mock interviews and resume review sessions as part of our career support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on professional experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.

• Teaching Skills: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions is highly preferred.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software testing principles, both manual and automation. Practical experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).

• Presentation & Language: Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English are mandatory. The instructor must be able to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly to a global audience.

• Tools Proficiency: Must be adept at using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and collaborative tools.
