Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Garments, Buying House, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Administrate and manage enterprise network equipment with CISCO, Paloalto, SOPHOS etc.

• Related applications and monitoring systems, like Nagios, Opmanager, etc. 

• Device hardening based on update & patch management

• Ensure secured and smooth Network communication throughout the entire organization. 

• Infrastructure upgrade & deployment of new services 

• Operational planning & designing to minimize interruption (network) and maximize service availability. 

• Partner communication for network service provider, SLA & OLA 

• Configure firewalls and ensure security of the network. 

• Update and patch management, device hardening 

• Integration with monitoring systems, SIEM, SOAR and monitor the activity 

• Incident & change report 

• Asset Management of all network hardware, license etc. 

• Ensure backup & restoration of distribution & VPN devices 

• Troubleshoot and Level two support end user network related issues 

• Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment. 

• SOP, build document, project doc, issue register, risk register etc. 

• The candidate must have hands-on experience in network and support.
