Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled assistant to manage our IT company’s social media pages, run effective advertising campaigns, and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate must have expertise in digital marketing, social media management, client outreach, and PowerPoint presentation creation.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our company’s presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and optimize content accordingly.

Advertising & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize ad strategies.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve ad efficiency.

Client Hunting & Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create client proposals and pitch decks.
  • Maintain and update client databases.

Presentation & Report Creation:

  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, pitches, and company reports.
  • Present data and strategies in a clear and visually appealing manner.
