Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
Manage state with Redux / Zustand and create smooth animations using GSAP / Framer Motion.
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express, NestJS.
Design and manage databases with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM.
Implement real-time features with Socket.IO.
Work with Docker for containerization and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
🔹 Requirements
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
Solid understanding of state management (Redux / Zustand).
Familiarity with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).
Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS.
Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma.
Knowledge of real-time communication (Socket.IO).
Basic knowledge of Docker & CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
🔹 Nice to Have (Plus Points)
Experience with Flutter for mobile development.
Knowledge of cloud deployment & DevOps practices.
