Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reducing yearly Profit At Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) target
∎ Collection and monitoring X, UC, SMA, SS, DF and BL bucket
∎ Monitor recovery team to maintain credit card monitoring and collection
∎ Ensure reducing provision amount as per guideline.
∎ Group visit to default card member
∎ Follow up with customers through phone calls and regular visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements
∎ Knowledge and practice with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Not exceeding 35 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
∎ Condition may be relaxed for highly deserving candidate.
