Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business, MBM, Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take active roles in Debit Card & Credit implementation projects as required by VISA & CBBL.
∎ Card issuance, Personalization, PIN Issuance
∎ Limit set for E-Commerce, endorsement etc.
∎ Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts for Card Division
∎ Transaction alert SMS service maintenance
∎ Management of services relating to electronic payment system and system automation
∎ Ensure Card Data Security
∎ Submission of reports to regulator, VISA & to the relevant Department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 year(s) working experience in the area of Card Operations in leading commercial Banks.
∎ Working experience in Finacle (Core Banking Software) or similar software will be given preference.
