∎ Job Grade: Senior Officer to Senior Principal Officer
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly ALCO paper and disbursing the synopsis to the ALCO members before ALCO meeting.
∎ Recording minutes of ALCO meeting and expediting the implementation of the decisions of the meeting.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities related to ALM, i.e.; LCR, NSFR, SLP etc.
∎ Identify, assess, and manage the interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and market risk associated with the Bank's assets and liabilities.
∎ Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to ALM and Treasury activities of both internal and external including Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators related to ALM, including interest rate risk metrics, liquidity ratios, and funding gaps.
∎ Prepare reports for management, summarizing the Bank's ALM position and performance.
∎ Any other job as specified by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 (two) years working experience in relevant area in leading commercial Bank/NBFI.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
