∎ Job Grade: Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and other Regions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the branch by providing general banking functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.
∎ Account opening by ensuring compliance of Laws and Regulations, Regulatory requirements and internal policies and SOP.
∎ Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
∎ Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
∎ Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
∎ Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
∎ Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
∎ Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years working experience in leading commercial Bank.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
