Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assignment time will be 24 months
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in 12 years
∎ Develop capacity building schedule, timeline for orientation and training for Upazila WatSan committee, Union Parishad, Health workers and local entrepreneurs as per project requirement.
∎ Developed BCC materials
∎ Organize and conduct capacity building training and orientation for LGIs at upazial &
∎ union level, health workers and local entrepreneurs.
∎ Support field team to facilitate UP level meeting, word level community sessions, BCC sessions with mother's groups at health centers.
∎ Monitor field level activities implemented by the Upazila facilitators.
∎ Assist TL to organize meeting, prepare and circulate meeting notes and follow up actions to be taken.
∎ Assist field team in digital monitoring system and collect progress data from the field and develop progress report of the project.
∎ Undertake field visits as required to conduct training or other activities in the field.
∎ Coordinate and participate in the different services planning and overall monitoring of activities
∎ Participate in different meetings/workshops, team planning to achieve the project goal
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Assists play a role in the production of reports, such as quarterly and annual reports,
∎ training reports as required of Donors.
∎ Prepare all periodic reports on project.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Reviewing performance appraisal in a participatory way and developing carrier path through appropriate training.
∎ 12 years of proven experience in the field of capacity building
∎ At least 10 years of which are required to be specially work on WASH sector at rural
∎ Experience in field level implementation, coordination & campaign would be added value.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
