Position: Front level
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.
Handle customer queries, complaints and provide solutions.
Maintain customer communication records.
Build relationships with existing business partners and potential partners.
Inform customers about relevant products and provide promotional information.
Work in coordination with the team and submit regular reports to higher authorities.
Maintain necessary data and keep records up to date.
