- Excellent typing speed on both laptop and mobile devices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with social media messaging tools and order management systems.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes, products, and tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: Food Edge Ltd. is seeking a female, fast-learning, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to manage customer communications for Bread & Beyond and Euro Kitchen. The role involves handling hotline calls, social media messages, website orders, and follow-ups — while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for an excellent customer experience. Freshers are welcome to apply, but prior experience in e-commerce, food industry, or food delivery companies will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls through the company hotline professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly to customer messages on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
- Process website orders accurately and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth delivery.
- Make follow-up calls and send messages for order confirmations, updates, and customer feedback.
- Maintain effective communication with Outlet managers, Factory production staff, Chefs, and Deliverymen to ensure timely service.
- Keep accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and complaints.
- Provide up-to-date product information, promotions, and service updates to customers.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet brand service standards.
