Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain the designated teams Train up and qc the teams Regular reporting for the process
Prepare roaster plan for the agents Call analysis and plan for process betterment
Process upgradation planning Meeting the target KPI
Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare
Daily and monthly attendance of the team agents
