  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

  • Communicate with students via phone calls and inbox messages to provide information and solve queries

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Assist students regarding admission, course details, and academic services

  • Present company products and services clearly and professionally

  • Collect feedback and prepare call reports

  • Follow team leader’s instructions and meet performance goals
