Responsibilities & Context: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service processes
- Meet daily call targets and maintain high standards of customer service quality
