Responsibilities & Context:

Secret Beauty, a leading laser and aesthetics center in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, is seeking some dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Call Center Executives. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Understand laser and aesthetics services, addressing client queries accurately.
  • Handle client registrations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions.
  • Respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.
