Responsibilities & Context:
Working hours: 10 am to 9 pm (1 hour lunch break).
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solutions effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good at meta-communication such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
Ensure monthly reporting by the department heads.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
