We are looking for a Call Center Representative with good phone and verbal communication skills in English, along with active listening.

  • Office time 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM

  • Must have your own computer/laptop.

  • Work from home

  • Talking with international Clients in a Innovative way and making sure all the communication documented to appropriate server on daily basis.

  • Maintaining confidential client information and security in all aspects. Require problem solving and reporting to manager.

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone

  • Provide information about products/services clearly & persuasively

  • Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups

  • Support the marketing/sales team in administrative or field tasks as needed

  • Follow communication scripts.
