• Candidates must have experience of 1year or above. Also if you are a fresher from an English medium background with a natural English accent then you are encouraged to join us!

• Confidence, punctuality & consistency beats talent but we won’t accept Indian accents

• Experienced in AUS & USA campaign will are preferred

• Basic computer operating knowledge such as Excel, Spreadsheet, Notes, etc.

• call potential prospects to schedule appointment.

• Professionally give solutions according to customer concerns.

• Accurately record their feedback, reactions & information.

• You need to lead the conversation & understand Customer requirements to be able to close the call.

• Remain coachable & work with the team & trainer to meet quality & quota.
