• Providing customer service over the phone.
• Self-motivated, result driven, and have a passion for winning.
• Handling callers' queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization.
• Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Performing any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
• Updating customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
• Creating and maintaining reports about customer interactions.
• Good communication skills. Strong Knowledge of Customer Management Principles, and Practices. 
• To give a weekly/monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings with Management Team.
