Job Purpose:
The Call Center Executive will serve as the first point of contact for customers and prospects. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about products and services, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism in every communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide detailed and accurate information about company projects, products, and services.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive communication with potential clients.
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
Support the sales team by setting appointments and transferring qualified leads.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries or escalating issues as necessary.
Follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
