Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 30 to 55 years
• Only Male

1. Work experience at least 3 years as a Cafe Manager.

2. Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience can also be considered.

3. Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.

4. Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

6. Customer service attitude.

7. Pleasant personality with the ability to converse in multiple languages fluently.

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe.

2. Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas.   

3. Train employees on drinks & food preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.

4. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients).

5. Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.

6. Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks).

7. Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.  

8. Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy.  

9. Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
