∎ HSC
∎ Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You must have practical experience and knowledge in using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software Jemini in garment pattern and marker making for Shirts & Pant.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently
∎ You must know how to do grading style-wise.
∎ You must know how to draw and plot accurately and correctly in order avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ You must have keen eyes and sharp observation in doing your work to avoid errors.
∎ Verify & check the patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ A committed, capable, mature and processional attitude are what we are looking for.
∎ Able to do the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/ styles by using CAD.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers, factories, and production team.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ Always try to hundred percent shading marker making, group marker making, Block marker making.
∎ Work on requisition wise from cutting section for size, ratio, and fabric width should be checked then after order process.
∎ Check quality, styling, measurement as per requirements.
∎ Preferable experience: Both SHIRT & PANT.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC.
∎ Proficiency in English language & good communication skill.
∎ Minimum 5 years in full time Store concern work in 100% Export Oriented Garment Industry (SHIRT & PANT).
∎ Salary Range: Attractive & commensurate to experience and qualification.
∎ Job Location: Tongi & Chandra, Gazipur.
