Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should able to prepare, develop pattern independently
∎ • Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading in Winda Software.
∎ • Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
∎ • Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ • Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ • Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ • Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ • Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ • Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ • Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ • Receive technical files from the concern Merchandiser and maintain clear documentation.
∎ • Make the Pattern with Winda Software system according to the Tech Sheet for fabric consumption, sample & bulk.
∎ • Mail correspondence & coordinate to the concerned department & buying offices as necessary.
∎ • Receive all types of mail from Merchandisers & buying offices & forward to responsible Supervisor.
∎ • Assist to the Head of Department by giving necessary information to run the department smoothly.
∎ • Any other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ • Must have experience and knowledge in CAD (Winda Software), Adobe illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ • After receiving the order sheet from Merchandisers/Planning Dept. then doing the marker & consumption and send to respective dept. for booking purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment
Salary: Negotiable
