• You will be responsible for overseeing the technical team ensuring you produce the best quality samples to build a good image of the company.

• Create and implement an ethical compliance business strategy that delivers exceptional standards.

• Responsible for following the safety requirements of all products, test reporting, development and compliance.

• Establish and sustain the all-buyer’s technical requirements and follow the company QMS.

• Achieve the daily plan target and efficiency in sample section.

• Follow the monthly sample T&A and meet the on time PCD.

• Manage all aspects of pattern, marker making, quality controlling and sample sections from compiling garment specifications, development and all kind of samples, documentation and clear communication to the supplier/buying office working to the critical path.

• Analyze of reports and update production management on approval and risk assessment. Update and highlight of risks.

• Knowledge of common manufacturing and washing standards issues/mistakes.

• Introduce the best minimum cost consumption and over 90% marker efficiency.

• Conduct the risk assessment meeting for every development to be production friendly.

• Mentor and highlight to the merchant and marketing section out sourcing supplier’s and service company’s performance and quality.

• Achieve the technical and sample department KPIs such as, on time submission, sample approved hit rate, marker efficiency etc.

• Maintain a good administration policy in the department.

• Improve and sustain the 5’s philosophy in the department.

• Conduct trainings and development programs for department staff and workers.
