Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Textiles Graduate.
∎ Educational background can be considered in case of experienced candidate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ hould able to prepare, develop Pattern independently
∎ Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & GARBAR Software).
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD (Knit Garments)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience with Wal-Mart & GP.
∎ Must have experience on handling GARBAR Software
∎ No need to apply without strong working experience with GARBAR Software.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint, and E-mail
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on experience
