Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand user’s requirement and provide/Design appropriate Solution with graphical interface.
∎ Easy understand the detail solution by written communication for both English and Bangla.
∎ Market research and strategic planning for each solution.
∎ Market visit and arrangement of direct pre sales meeting, proposal submission and acquiring the business
∎ Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings between clients.
∎ Planning and preparing presentation to user end according the solution
∎ Must have Closing Skills, Motivation for pre Sales, Prospecting Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, etc.
∎ Estimating partners' needs and goals.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Research and build relationships with new clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have cooperative and helpful manner
∎ Work with team to develop proposal content and shown confident that prepared proposal is the best compare to others.
∎ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
∎ New idea and initiative will always appreciable to achieve company goal.
∎ Initiative for partnering with global companies.
∎ Promote and help implementing new technological initiatives
∎ Planning and organization capabilities approaches.

∎ Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
∎ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
∎ Sound knowledge required on Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, System Requirements Collection & Analysis, Software Application Design, Software Application Development & Deployment, Time management, planning skills, Client Management, IT Industry and Market, Communication, Project Negotiation, PPR and PPA, etc.
