Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve new business in assets, liability, accounts, cards etc.
∎ Ensure retention of business target;
∎ Manage the PAR and NPL of the individual portfolio;
∎ Maintain relationships with the customers and other important stakeholders;
∎ Ensure high-quality services to the stakeholders;
∎ Onboard profitable customer relationships and new-to-bank customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Retail Banking Products;
∎ Must have experience in working financial services industry (especially with incentive structure);
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
