Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain, prepare HH level micro business plan, group business plan.
∎ Developing business IGA modules, tools and other materials
∎ Capacity building of Field Officers, Community Volunteers, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors on business development
∎ Communication, networking and linkages for business development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Experience on developing business plan and review
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
