Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject preferable in Agricultural Science. URP, MDS.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain, contribute to effective project implementation
∎ Developing training Modules, tools and other IEC materials
∎ Capacity building of Field Officers, Community Volunteers, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Communication, networking and linkages
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation & preparing different report & presentation
∎ Develop strategies for IGA implementation, based on assessments of the local market
∎ Identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and develop strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities and address limitations/constraints
∎ Develop value chain strategies and Business plan
∎ Undertakes capacity building of stakeholders
∎ Assist PC for programme implementation and Donor Missions
∎ Ability to prepare entrepreneurship development & household business plan
∎ Project duration: 31 December 2020
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years field experiences on IGA promotion, business development and HH graduation activities
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Experience on developing business plan and review
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
