∎ Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the field team and facilitate to develop livelihood business plan of the project participants.
∎ Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship, agricultural production and business development at household & group level
∎ Initiate and update the database of the IGA investment of the women both for individual and groups.
∎ Provide accompaniment and backstopping support to the field team so that they can facilitate Extreme Poor Women/SHG to improve the performance of the enterprises/IGAs.
∎ Identify potential service providers, project partners and producers (households) and develop strategies for developing linkage among them.
∎ Coordinate the different training, workshop and other events celebrations under the project.
∎ Contribute to the Union/Upazila wise monthly/quarterly implementation plan in accordance with detailed annual activity plan of the project.
∎ Facilitate to develop agricultural demonstration plot and production functions.
∎ Identify training agenda, develop strategy and support curriculum development to address these diverse needs for capacity building of different business.
∎ Prepare plans for and initiate institutional contacts with stakeholders at local level.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships and organize discussion meetings and workshops with concerned departments, agencies, different associations, partners and stakeholders.
∎ Strengthen linkage among input companies, community group leaders, SHGs, CV and other leaders involved in IGAs/value chain and strengthen their capacity.
∎ Monitor effective implementation of project activities through regular field visits.
∎ Assist consultant in preparing the evaluation guidelines, data collection, analysis and preparation of reports.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports for the selected IGAs of the region, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative information and submit to the PC, APC and share the relevant information with all concerned.
