Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BSC/MSC in Computer Science/Applied Physics/EEE/ICE/ETE or Related discipline with MBA (major in Management/Marketing) from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Technical Sales/ IT Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
∎ Marketing of own company to potential clients for selling own software and other services and ensure sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ To hunt new clients, make onboard & regulate business to meet organization's business target.
∎ Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
∎ Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Correspondence with factory for smooth business operations.
∎ Continuation to generate new business ideas & find out the way of implementations.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and coordinate with after-sales support team to develop market.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate, execute the sales functions and ensure achieving the sales target.
∎ Communicate with clients by meeting, mail, over the phone, personally and to communicate with creative team directly with proper briefs to ensure proper executions.
∎ Make report based on observations, assigned duties and learning's from business.
∎ Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting position.
∎ Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, while working under specific time restraints.
∎ Any other task assigned by the CEO or Higher Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 28 to 40 years.
∎ At least 5 years of experience as Business Development Manager in any reputed Software Development Company.
∎ Good English communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word, CRM software.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative and good team player with a pleasant personality.
∎ Proven sales track record.
∎ Market knowledge.
∎ Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Time management and planning skills.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once.
∎ Should have strong conceptualizing skills. Proactive thinking with an attitude to constantly upgrade and create exceptional work.
