Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and assist SME Liability Sales team members with proper product, process and risk related knowledge.
∎ Assist developing area / industry based SME deposit acquisition and growth strategies.
∎ Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target.
∎ Directly interact with Unit Head of Sales and channel partners for driving SME Deposit Growth of Bank.
∎ Monitor SME Liability Sales team / Liability Business team through visits, meeting, MIS & analytics and report to respective line managers for development.
∎ Assist channels to resolve operations issues related to SME Liability.
∎ Assist SME Cash Management team to build and manage clients.
∎ Ensure periodic SME deposit projection and assist Unit Head of Sales to follow up the progress of the same.
∎ To ensure daily sales reports are done accurately and on timely basis.
∎ Communication with Business Finance and SME BI & Analytics team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management.
∎ Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Identify Issues hindering Business Growth and communicate/propose solution with/to relevant stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Pro-active, problem solver, and positive attitude.
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, team player and capable of meeting deadlines.
